- Record your activities accurately to the appropriated manner
- Deliver comprehensive Global PSS Services to Presales community as one stop service
- Be a trustful collaborator as who have got in-depth IT Infrastructure Knowledge
- Participate in new PSS service developing and preparing for Korea Presales team
- Have active attitude for learning new technology and deliver it to your colleagues

Essential Requirements
- General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure
- Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces
- Good Documentation skill with MS PowerPoint and Presentation skill
- English communication skill, above intermediate level
- Proactive Team Project experience in University
Desirable Requirements
- A degree in computer science or related to IT, or more than 2 years experience as System Engineer.
- Certificate for IT Infrastructure
