ROLE SUMMARY:

• This position is entry level of marketing and is responsible for supporting or leading various projects of marketing department under close supervision of manager or seniors.
• The project manager is mainly responsible for supporting or leading the projects for Eliquis VTE and PCP market expansion strategy with digital transformation.
• This position reports to IM Marketing lead and works closely with other product mangers/associates as well as other related functions (e.g. BO, Digital, Medical, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc)

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Planning & Implementation

• Develops strategic / operating brand plan for designated product
• Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve business outcomes
• Initiates and supports overall process for promotional contents management & review

Market Intelligence

• Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
• Relationship Management with Customer / Stakeholders 
• Builds positive relationships with key customers / stakeholders (key opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
• Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics

Work with Field Force 

• Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budget

Cross-divisional Teamwork 

• Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Preferably more than 2 years or above marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Strong drive for results
• Innovative & Creative thinking
• Strong teamwork
• High ethical standards (Integrity)
